Hello and thank you for visiting our website. We would like to share a few personal thoughts with you as you consider your holiday in Cyprus.
Erin Villa is not just another rental villa on the web, it is also our very special holiday home..
We maintain a very personal interest in this property, ensuring that you relish the experience of staying there for a holiday as much as we do.
Many people who have rented our villa as strangers have subsequently become friends and seek to return again and again.
Nothing could please us more.
Below is a documentory about this beautiful part of the world, it should give you a good insight into the area, it lasts for only 6 minutes.
So why should you pick this villa over all the others which you could choose?
- Location is a good place to start, as Erin Villa is barely ten minutes drive from Paphos airport and twenty minutes from the centre of Paphos. It is superbly located for exploring the whole of the south west of Cyprus and beyond.
- It's a luxuriously appointed house and you will I am sure be impressed with the facilities it has to offer. To maximise your holiday experience. In particular, the pool area, gardens, barbeque, and patio are a dream when all you want to do is chill out and enjoy the weather, relax, swim, read a book or laze about and do nothing. Stunningly beautiful and exciting as Cyprus is, you will want to do that too.
- All the bedrooms have balconies with lovely views and the master has a sun terrace where you can fall out of bed and relax with a coffee before you even think about breakfast. The temperature is so lovely that we have often sat there at sundown or even at midnight and beyond, soaking up the warmth and the views before retiring. If you need to sleep eight people, you can, there’s a very comfortable double bed sofa downstairs.
- We have three children from 16 down to 8 years old and they are never bored when we stay there. It’s a big house so they can do their own thing or you can congregate as a family, or both. We tend to spend a lot of time on the patio and by the barbie with the kids in and out of the pool. It’s very relaxed living indeed.
- If you like golf this house is a great choice. You can be in the clubhouse of the Secret Valley course in about 3 minutes by car (superb restaurant, by the way), Aphrodite Hills is “next door” about six or seven minutes away and Tsada is a bit further, about twenty minutes away. Take your pick and enjoy. Some people who love our villa don’t want the whole Cyprus experience. They just love the golf!
- For the rest however, Cyprus is ultra rich in history, mythology, places to explore and fun things to do for all ages. The friendly people, the cuisine, the scenery and the weather are, very simply, hard to beat. It’s no wonder Cyprus is one of the primary choices for British ex pats who want to retire to the sun and spend every day simply enjoying life. Don’t forget, they drive on the left, use our three pin plugs, speak English virtually everywhere and there’s practically no crime.
To summarise, we believe that whatever your holiday requirements are, Erin Villa will deliver for you. As we have said our primary focus is about ensuring that you have an all round memorable and fabulous holiday on probably one of the most beautiful islands in the Med.
Obviously, if you do, you will tell your friends and we will welcome them as guests and hopefully friends, in the future.
